Designed by Gianfranco Ferré for Dior, this suit is an homage to the most iconic Dior look of all time, the ‘Bar’ suit of 1947. Constructed in fine grey wool, the suit is composed of a sharply tailored five button jacket with a pleated full skirt. Impeccable, iconic and a rare example of the continuing language of Monsieur Dior at the world’s most famous fashion house. 


  • Comprising of a long sleeved jacket and pleated skirt

  • Constructed in grey wool

  • Buttons fastening to the front of the jacket and zip to the back of the skirt

  • Excellent condition with the original label, lining and fastenings

  • Professionally dry cleaned and ozone-treated

  • Inspected by a couture-trained seamstress

  • All vintage items have been pre worn, gentle signs of wear are an inherent part of the piece

Your body’s natural waistline at its slimmest point, just above the navel.

Measure around the point of your hips at the top of the legs. This will be approximately nine inches below your natural waistline.


The distance from the top of your inner thigh to the ankle.
