Constructed in navy and ivory polka dot silk, this Yves Saint Laurent dress is pleated to the front and features a boat neckline and blouson sleeves with padding in the shoulders. Hidden buttons fasten to the front with an overscale pearlescent button on the neck, while a sash belt in matching silk can be tied on the waist and inset pockets sit on the hip.
