Shipping & returns

Should you wish to return your purchase, William Vintage offers a full refund on goods returned within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must  be in their original condition, complete with all security tags still attached and returned within the original packaging.

Once the purchase has been received and inspected by William Vintage a full refund will be issued using your original payment method, excluding the original cost of shipping. 

Returning a purchase is simple:

  • Please log on to My Account and request an item to be returned from the My Orders page within 7 days of receiving the goods. You will then need to arrange a time convenient for you with DHL to collect the package by following the link on the My Orders page or by visiting the DHL website directly. 
  • Complete the printed Returns Airway Bill (which you will find inside the envelope with your delivery) and attach it to the outside of the parcel. Please make a copy of the Airway Bill should you wish to keep it for your records; you can use this to track your return shipment. 
  • If you live outside of the EU, you will have been provided with a returns invoice for customs. Please enclose one inside the package and attach a signed copy on the outside with the Airway Bill. Please do not seal your package until the driver has checked the contents.
  • Please note that you have 30 days to contact us upon the pickup of your return to ensure that we have acknowledged it and received the product. If you contact us after this 30 days period, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Returned items must conform to our Returns Policy:

  • Your returned item must arrive no later than 14 days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that the refund will be accepted
  • We strongly recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives at William Vintage within 14 days. Please email [email protected] if you have any queries relating to this
  • Please note that we can only accept returns from the same country to which your order was delivered. If you are returning an item from a country other than your delivery country, you may have to pay additional import duties
  • Once your return has been received and it complies with our Returns Policy, we will refund you by your original payment method (less the original shipping cost)
  • We strongly advise all customers to check their purchases thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
  • All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags and in the original packaging to ensure the necessary protection in transit.
  • If the sales or security tags are removed from a returned item, then it will not comply with our returns policy and will not be refunded.
